Default What were your gains after a Tune?

Thinking its about that time to get a real tune, on the dyno. Ive been doing my own tuning with HP tuners but i think its time to face reality and let the professionals tune it on a dyno. Im just wondering, what were your gains before and after a dyno tune (or just a tune)? I know its going to vary by what kind of mods you have, and that not everyone is the same, but i just wanna know.

I agree, When I put on just headers the tuner got me 15 to the wheels.Like you said it depends on your mods..It's probably worth a dyno tune with what you have..It will set you back about $400..I am not sure what tires you are using, I ran 11.91@111 with mods in the sig. You should be way faster than me, I think?

Yea, the comp 224 is stronger than the ls6 cam, but you have a larger stall too. What kind of tires did you use to hit that 11.9? And what was your 60ft?

I gained alot out of my tune and felt a big difference. Thing that had me caught up was where to go and who I could trust. I put down 351 rwhp to the ground before tune after i got 370 rwhp CMS did a good job

M/T ET Street Drag Radials, Skinnies up front. (Will give you 1 1/2 tenths)
1.56 60ft. My car needs a good 60' to have a good ET since I don't have much power..I say about 340rwhp.

al i know is that a street tune is good for a everyday driver and a dyno tune is the best for wot aka track. mine is getting dyno tuned at gearhead garage in mesa az( he is a sponsor) and the guy does great work. he fixed a tune that was done by a person no names to be said but i was dumping fuel bad and just on a street tune the car feels great. i cant wait to see what the dyno tune puts out. hell i was just messing around with a bigblock chevelle and at 3/4 throttle i blew the doors off him. he sounded like he had a good cam in it but never got a chance to ask him what was done to it.
