Everyone Attending LA Invasion respond A few important announcements
The paypal account does not have a section for the other information I need.
Sorry, I am not going to mess with it now. So I need you to send an additional email when you make your payment with the following info.
Name
Screen Name
Car - Make, model, License Plate
contact phone (optional, but prefered)
please email at losangelesinvasion@yahoo.com (PM box will fill too fast)
Also I will be setting up Bracket Racing so list the bracket you would like to be in. Going to limit brackets somewhere between 20-30 cars each.
Single Elimination, 1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies
sub 10's
10-11sec
11-12sec
12-13sec
13-14sec
14+
Test and tune will be all day in between and maybe during the brackets
I will be promoting the event at Super Chevy. The event is prepaid and will be sold out so please get your payment in to lock in your spot or you could get bumped.
Tech inspection will open at 7am, T&T will start between 8am-9am
Lastly, post up here for the Regional Cup Challenge.
This will pit 5 cars from each of the following regions
Norcal, Socal, AZ and NV
The region with the lowest combined ET's will take home the Trophy and bragging rights for one year.
Post up to volunteer for your region please.

How about setting up trophies, bragging rights or a prize for different racing divisions....
Like Fastest ET of the day or fastest stock ci NA car and fastest stock ci Power Adder car.... You could also setup fastest NA stroker and Power Adder Stroker as well...

Yes have not updated the site recently, been very busy (wife, kids, mods, coming to see you soon Rob). I am finalizing some of the details and then I am getting to trophies. I plan to have some classes. I somehow doubt we will be able to get enough participants from the other areas to do the regional challenge (it does not help that the track day falls on the Monday) half of the LV guys are leaving Sunday.
Flyers will be delivered by next week. Park Permit taken care of, BBQ truck hired & secured, Cops informed and no unexpected hassles, checkin on the DJ situation, T-shirts almost ready to print, and thats just the cruise.
The track is taking even more prep (talked to them for an hour the other day). But like I listed it helps if I can get some feedback. Especially if we are going to run some brackets. If I don't hear back from enough people that might not happen.
Same goes for payment, I think at the Super Chevy show should get the event sold out. Those participants are serious and have the money, so some people may get bumped if that is the case.

i am bringing 3 cars of my own i detuned one cars setup completely just so i have one that runs somewhere close to what will be out there so we can get some good races.my puter car got detuned so i can run in the mid to high 9s that way my guys can get some seat time in a car and hopefully get challenged to a raqce..

did I not pay for the dyno day? i thought i sent enough $. i might not want to be part of it anyway tho if its going to be at Haddad since they did my dyno tune, I already know what I run on their dyno. Could i apply that $ to guest tickets for the racing?
