Default Arizona Corvette Raffle (2008 Blk/Blk Z51)

I mentioned this to Tucson ACE club at the Tucson BBQ a few weeks ago. A good friend of mine is running a raffle to benefit the Tucson Police Officer Association. He will be taking the car to several events around the Tucson area but if you can't make it to any of their events he has put up a web site at http://www.azcvraffle.com where you can purchase tickets.

There are only 10,000 tickets and the site will have more information as to exactly how everything is going to work with the draw date. The printed date is December 24 2008 but it will be held sooner if all the tickets sell. He is also involving John Jay and Rich as well as the Tucson area malls for promotion.

Here is a teaser pic of the car:

The window sticker and more information about the raffle are all on the site: http://www.azcvraffle.com

For a $20 ticket, I'd keep the motor and sell the rest. Then put it in my Mullet and be happy for a little bit.

Thats an idea too. I'm trying to convince them if this raffle goes well to do a combination of things for the next one. They are considering a 09/10 CTS-V, a Z06, and several crate motors options. I've participated in several crate engine raffles and those are a lot of fun to dream about things to do with the motor.
