who does gear and axle installs in the SFV

I got mine done at the Chevy dealer in Valencia. LOL. Paid $200 under the table. I can ask if my pop's if that tech still works there. He had it done the same day.

550 or 575 @ SP motorsports in Van Nuys parts and labor gears, install kit, fluids and labor are covered

yea 4 wheel is $550 with everything. they do great work. That is there main buisness is building rear ends for 4x4 and stuff

+1. Ask for Dwayne, he knows his stufff. He did my old 98 Z28. If you're doing a gear change on the stock 10 bolt, I recommend getting a Ratech pinion collar. About $12 and I had a lot of success with my old 10 bolt. I even tried to break it launching on slicks, nitrous, at 6500 rpms and couldn't break it.

Anyone remember an ad back in the day 2002-04ish that used to run in the recycler or something similar that offered gear installs for $399 parts and labor for Camaros and $349for Mustakes? It might be the 4x4 place everyone is mentioning.....

I had 4.10's, Eaton posi, new bearings and seals installed there on my Impala for $1000 around 4 years ago.

Ratech pinion collar humm? so that is the secret to make the 10 bolt have some *****, shhhhhhhhh! lol ill have to get that for mine. ill have 4 wheel do all my ****! did u have 4:10 or 3:73's? i heard the 3:73 giv a better track time then the 4:10's and i heard that 4:10's break easier! im still debating

well, some how i bent a ******* axle, so i ordered moser axles, so i am going to do the gears at the same time.

i am prolly going to do 4.10s

axles should be here monday, and still waiting on some guy here on tech for some pics on his 4.10s he offered me.
