how do you determine how much time you have to be in prison or probation when you ruined another mans life for a lifetime, you just cant do it, i feel really bad for nick, im sure it was a total accident and to see a close friend suffer that way and be 100% responsible is probably the worst feeling imaginable. so did the passenger live or die, and if he is alive isnt he paralyzed from the neck down? i think he is
