Whats the best way to cut front bumper?

I have a Trans am Bumper that I need to cut to use my firehawk hood. What is the best way to do it?

bumper

the dremel would be perfect... They don"t make firehawk bumpers anymore.
Thanks for the dremel tip. I know would work perfect
