Is there a tuner available for a 98 4v cobra?

Is there a tuner available for a 98 4v cobra? My brother is having his 98 cobra motor forged and stroked with a single turbo installed and needs to find a excellent tuner. We know of Sean Ellis down in Anaheim, but want to find someone else who can tune it Speed Density. thanks for any help.

52172 let me know how it goes my uncle has a o8 gt 500 that has some mods and was tuned at HP Performance in jacksonville and only got 545 and he said it should pick up more here it will be here in a couple weeks

GTR High Performance is an extremely successful shop in Ontario that is constantly in Ford performance magazines.... surprised you haven't checked them out. Everyone I personally know with a Cobra goes there. Talk to Gonzalo- he's always there and he's one of the owners 909-987-4352.
