Anyone going to Irwindale this thursday? I am going to go with my friend and his tacoma. We are installing long tubes on his truck that same day so we want to take it to the track.
This is going to be my first time. I just want to see what my car runs in the 1/8 mile. I am going to be spinning my *** off lol.

Like to meet up with you guys. I've never taken my car to the track before, just messed around on the street. I've watched the races there before though. $10 well spent.

Alright, I was reading the rules and it says I have to have a helmet if I run 8.59 or faster.
I have a motorcycle helmet so I should be okay. I don't expect my car to be faster than that anyways though, being that I have never gone before.
Should I bring a helmet...or?
