Front end vibrates when curving left @ freeway speeds.

Front end vibrates when curving left @ freeway speeds. When following the freeway curve to the left, that's when I feel a vibrating from the front end. I feel it in the steering wheel and on the gas pedal. But I don't feel it in the seat. Haven't had a chance to pull of the wheels and take a peek at the front end. So what should I look at when I do pull off the front wheels? For those who don't know, I bought my SS back in December from some dude who kinda abused it. I'm not sure what the first thing to look at. Thanks.
