LOL, I know, but if I can get away with paying 40 bucks, instead of 200, I'm all for it.

Know what you mean. If you still have cats it probably will. Let it warm up before you go.

yes, but remember, if you have longtubes, thats an automatic fail of the visual. Hi flo cats may be the same thing. Stock manifolds, stock cats, 224, youre going to pass.

I am going for a very budget friendly build for right now.
If I do it, it will include:
milled 243's
TR224
LS6 intake
ported stock TB
edelbrock shorties (cause I've already got them in my garage)
stock cats
SLP y
electric cut-out
Plus I already have the K&N FIPK. I just want to get a little more, nothing huge. What do you think, upper 300's? Still pass?

will pass emissions fine, but the LS6 intake is not technically correct since it deletes the EGR that came on your car stock. idk about upper 300s, maybe 360-370

360whp is my claim. The shorties and stock cats are gonna be restrictive. But hey, you will pass smog.

well I know a certain person that just passed with a 112LSA and it was with flying colors. The biggest thing is the presence of a good tune.

TR224 is the biggest cam you can go with and still pass smog. The question is, what LSA are you going with? If you get the 114LSA then no probably passing BUT if you go with the 112LSA then you will need a good tune

Very easy on a 114, can be done with a dead on tune on a 112
