Default HELP!!!! is this a scam???

ok guys my 94 camaro is posted on craigslist and then today i get this email what do you guys think is this a scam? this is exactly how i recieved this in my yahoo email account.

i just place a look on your item and i am interested immediate purchase of this item, but before i proceed on this transaction i will like to ask some question as follow.
1. Do you accept a ( Cashier Check / Money Order ) as a mode of payment?

2. What is the final asking prize you can go at last?

3 Will you let our shipping company to come to you house for the pick up of the item cos we don't want you to worry yourself about the shipping of the item.

4 You are to send your NAME,ADDRESS,TEL # to mail out the payment today. And am sending you an overdraft payment Which is for the item you want sell and the shippment .......Ok So Will you be able to diduct your asking price and send the excess fund back to the shipping company via western union money transfer same day you recieve the check and cash the check for the arrangement of the home pick up from your house down to my store. So in view of the above, here are some of the details I will need for
final assurance of the payment to you.

(1) Full Name
(2) Mailing address, no p.o.box please
(3) your direct telephone number
(4)Asking price
Once you get back to me with all the above, the payment will be issued
out immediately and it will be sent to you . Hope to hear from you
immediately.
Regards

SCAM DON'T DO THIS The check they send you is not valid and once you send the excess amount of the asking price and the bank realizes that the check is bad. Bam you're out the excess amount you sent them. You want to make the check clears completely and let the bank know what's going on so you don't get the short end of the stick and make sure you complete the transaction in person!

yep scam. I just base if they're legit or not by if they reference the item i am selling specifically. Like this guy said i am interested in your item but never said what said item is. So its definately a scam and if it weren't y da hell would he send more money hell i would keep it all lol and not send him anything but the car lol

yes but I let them send me the check then they email me once they see I received it via UPS or FEDEX overnight, I tell them my dog ate the envelope before I opened it. LOL
I tell them Im sorry but the check is in such poor shape I cannot take it to the bank. Then I ask them if they could send another one , This time I tell them the delivery guy left it on my front porch and rain got it . In the end they spend 10-15 dollars 2 or 3 times just in UPS FEDEX fee's. The even have to ***** to tell me I was scamming them. I always email back telling them to stick it.

+1 for scam.

I get several scam emails a month. Anyone ever get this one: We are a overseas company and need someone in the US to do our transfers...
Or: We have come across a large sum of money/inheritance at the bank, and if you help us transfer it we will split it with you...
