Best shot yet of the Transformers 2 mystery Vette

This much we know. Transformers: Rise of the Fallen will have some sort of Corvette concept portraying one of the Autobots (well, we assume it's an Autobot). We also now know that there are at least two movie cars, as you can see in the shot above. Do we officially know that these are Corvettes of some sort? No, but the fender shapes, split rear window, and the port aft of the front wheel are familial styling cues that seal the deal. We're dying to know if this is just a movie creation or a concept that's in the pipeline to be revealed publicly at some future time. And if this forecasts what we should expect in terms of a C7, well, we're okay with that, too.

Before all the "purists" get their panties in a bunch, remember it's a movie prop... GM would never put into production something that wasn't all watered-down and domesticated for mass-market sales.
Honestly, if Vettes want to survive and get the world-class supercar recognition they deserve, they should leave the "every man" styling behind and go for the high-end, like Aston Martin DB's, Ferrari's, Lambo's, Lotus and even Viper.
Before all the "purists" get their panties in a bunch, remember it's a movie prop... GM would never put into production something that wasn't all watered-down and domesticated for mass-market sales.

I read the producers of Transformer 2 told her to gain 10lbs. for the movie.
i saw an article like that yesterday on yahoo...the producer doesnt like skinny chicks...def. need soem meat where it counts...+1 for the meat package
Also, she said in an interview she wants to do a whole movie in the buff.
