Default Final Dyno!!

So last Wednesday i finally dynoed my car at Street Tuning Dyno on dynojet
Mods: LT's, ORY, K&N FIPK, Magnaflow CB, Fast 90/90, tune

Numbas: 370 whp (ok 369.59 ) and 385 wtq

Oh, and that same day i raced a what looked to be a stock silver 01-03 gt...
Now you might be saying, "why the **** do you even bring it up?" but hold on...
I raced him from 65 mph being in 5th gear... long story short he got smoked, but not badly though... always liked mustangs but thought they would have more in it than that, lol, i was pretty surprised

Second time, i raced from 3rd from i think 75 and you know the rest...

But the scary thing is..... my car, going 140 at the end of 4th gear just shut off!!! I nearly ******* lost control lol, what the **** happened... is it suppose to do that lol?

for now i will stop modding the car performance wise... and focus on some exterior ****, u know some stickers and hubcap spinners... j/k lol... seriously though a ram air hood and some TTII rims would do some good

I'd ask your tuner to take a look at it as it sounds like something in the tune or, maybe there's still a limiter in place?

I wouldn't stop modding it though. You've got all the bolt-ons AND a FAST 90/90. A nice cam and heads will get you another 50 rwhp easily.

oh i wont stop modding the car, its just i gotta stop for now and save up for some wheels and a hood... it deserves it

15-20 gain ain't **** for $1000... but when you get H/C then it would be worth it!!!

ok, i paid a $1000 for a fast 90/90 intake + throttle body with install....
Expecting to get a modest 20hp, the car only gained 5 with a tune!!!!!!!!!!!!


stay with the ls6 guys, lol

now i definitely gotta do heads and cam, but that intake made a new problem for me...
throttle control sensor is giving me problems, and now i idle at lile 1000 rpm

350 for a first tune after i got lts and ory and plus 75 bucks an hour for any additional tunes

Well most guys dont buy Fast 90's for stock heads and cam .. I see guys doing 430 rwhp with baby cams and a fast 90/90 ..

And was the car dyno'd before the fast 90 combo under the same conditions

I went STD got tune after i swap the heads and cam, Before i had swap went to CMS with just full exhaust and intake I was at 370rwhp and 388 torq after swap got tune STD put out 417rwhp and 381 torq i heads were p&p 241's from slowpoke310 also got the cam from him aswell, Joe hooked me up though good guy to deal with.

sounds like your tps went out of range and switched you to idle maps...id make sure that the throttle body is not opening too much, causing excessive voltage through te tps...any mechanic shop can test the output of the sensor...
