Default 02' SOM Formula Firehawk?

I have a buddy who's looking to sell his 02' Sunset Orange Mettalic Formula Firehawk and I was wondering what it was worth? It's a one owner, non-smoking car, with all of the paperwork, and is in excellent condition. It has 45,000 miles and is bonestock except for new tires. Any help would really be appreciated.

The factory options include:
A4
Sunset Orange Mettalic
Chrome 17" Firehawk wheels
The tires are brand new 275/40-17 BFG KDWs (Traditional tread style)
Ebony leather interior
Monsoon stereo
Dual dual exhaust
Blackwing induction
3.23 gears

If he comes up with a price he will take for the car PM me...I am interested. I sold my white one just like it with 49,000 miles on it a few months ago and have been looking for either a SOM Hawk or SOM WS6 Vert to replace it with.

The car sounds real nice and the color is a strong selling point, actually adding to the value. The mileage is OK, certainly not ultra low, and it does NOT command a premium. If he could find a buyer that doesn't need a loan and actually has cash, he should take $16,000 - $17,000 for it. Of course it is worth more but realistically, in these times, it is nearly impossible to get. He would have to wait for times to get better, and also keep the mileage down.
