Is this 94 LT1 worth 7k
Well this is my first post ever on a chevy website I currently own a 94 GT mustang with a 331, AFR heads, cam and so on, well my friend is selling a MINT 94 camaro Z28 with 60k, powerdyne blower, RR's, TB, full suspension, Baer 6 piston brakes. this car looks BRAND NEW!!! but I dont know anything about these cars but everybody does tell me dont buy a LT1...why? what is the potential of this car? longevity? is it worth 6-7k? please let me know because I really like the way the car looks like oh the stang makes 360 RWHP on the motor, will this LT1 do that as it sits with the powerdyne?

Need more information on mods, options, etc. for a price justification
Look up KBB PP values and NADA private party values then add ~25% for performance parts (low % during recession times IMO)
Good luck

I will have a full list of mods and pics tomorrow, I really like how this car was maintained and doubt I can find a just as clean LS1 for around the same price unless...the LT1 is not worth it at all, besides the motor what else is different aside from the body?

nothing really the dash is different. if you can get it for 6k and its in mint condition and the motor/trans/10 bolt is good. it would be a good deal people say stay away from lt1s b/c they are harder to work on and take more to make more power(and the opti) but the lt1 is a really good engine. they can make plenty of power as long as they are set up right. if your looking for a car that you can put a intake and throttle body on and it will make 30 more hp lt1 is not for you it takes a little more that that.they will respond more to mods than that 94 mustang of yours. a heads cam lt1 car can make alot more that 360. but I would start saving for a 9 inch if you plan on making big power.

if the car is as clean as you say it is, and everything is solid, id say go for it. Prices somewhat differ with location, and where im at, that would be a good deal. . IMO

Exactly. Not many of them around here, so when you find a nice one, brings good money.
