Guy is coming to pick up my car on Thursday. 2002 Z28 with 6-speed. 62,000 miles. New paint in 07. Mods are in sig. Getting $9,000. I'd like to get a little more but it's tough to even find someone looking for a sports car right now.

Ya, I've got alot more than 9 into it. Back in 2007 I slid it off the road and did about $8500 worth of damage to it that insurance covered. I'm thinking that will scare off alot of people. You would never know it by looking at the car or even driving it but it will still show up on carfax. With 2 kids its tough to comfortably fit the whole family in it. It just sits in the garage 90% of the time. I've only put 20,000 miles on it in the 5 years that I've had it.

Sounds like the buyer is getting a good car for the price. It is a rough economy so do what you gotta do if you cant sit on it for a while.

It's gone. Came and got it on Thursday. Feels good to have some money in the bank. Maybe down the road I'll get another F-body. If I ever get another one it will be an Automatic, Red, WS6 Trans-am.
