What's a fair Price ? 2002 SLP SS
78500 Miles
New Pinion Gear and yes its an A4
New SLP Y-Pipe and Corsa Catback - 4.0 Tips
SLP Lid
2nd Owner - I bought it with 65,000. extremely well maintained.
Drives awesome and pulls extremely hard for basically Stock.
Loaded.

As long as it is in good condition still and not needing anything you might pull $11,000. Certainly start there and see if any bites. KBB shows just under $10,000 for 'private party' value in my zip code so $11,000 is a decent starting price unless cars are pricier in your area.
