seems a little high but if you need financing might have to go threw a dealer. a4s are seem to be worth a little less. shoot them a low ball offer. keep shopping theres a lot of good deals out there and winters coming. also do a carfax

personally, id rather get a C5 with that money. I currently own an SS fitting the description of the one you mentioned and overall its a great car, but i still wouldnt pay that amount of money for it.

That ebay car sounds like a real deal!! Of course you would need to do your homework still. It is almost too reasonable which raises some red flags.
As far as the original car you are talking about, it is a tad on the high side but not horribly high. I'd like to see it priced closer to $15,000 but even then you need to seriously check it out. Good luck!
