Default Feeler/What's it Worth? 1998 Chevy Camaro SS

Alright, so I'm debating whether or not I want to sell the SS in the spring and get into a G8 GT or if I want to keep the SS for a little while longer. Looking for all of your opinions on what you think it's worth.

Here are the specifics.

1998 Chevrolet Camaro SS #2008
T-tops w/ shades
57,XXX miles
5.7L LS1
A4
3.23 Gears
Sebring Silver Metallic (w/ black mirrors and black sail panel)
Dark grey leather interior
Monsoon stereo

Modifications:

-OE Wheels 18x9.5/10.5 C5 Machined Face w/ black vents wrapped in BFG KDW2's 275/35-18 and 295/35-18 (Set up has less than 5,000 miles)
-Clear corners
-Gloss black painted berger panel w/ EmblemPro's stainless "camaro" inserts and custom LS1 emblem, stock "SS" emblems, and EmblemPro's bowtie
-Painted brake calipers (Black calipers and silver brackets w/ chrome "Camaro SS" on caliper)
-EmblemPro's "SS" nose badge
-6LE CME valance
-6LE "Double-D" 2.5" style tips w/ lip
-VHT'd rear sidemarkers and 3rd brake light
-Tinted windows

-Smooth bellows
-Ported throttle body
-Descreened MAF
-Yella Terra roller rockers
-MSD wires
-Dyno Tune

Suspension
-Koni 4/3's
-Strano 1.2" lowering springs
-UMI adjustable lower control arms
-UMI adjustable panhard bar
-Frame ties
-Drive shaft safety loop
-SLP strut tower brace

Now the bad...

The AC compressor went out last summer, so the car currently has NO A/C, but that would probably be fixed before listing it. Also, the spoiler has some paint chipping off from the front of the hatch (would probably require an entire repaint to match if fixed). The brakes are starting to lunge and the rotors need to be replaced, pads may need to be replaced also, this would probably happen before being listed also. There is a small tear, about the size of a dime, on the passenger side seat. The driver side seat has your normal bolster wear, but there is no hole. In addition, the window motors are getting slow, but still work perfectly fine. The tint also needs to be re-done, I just haven't gotten to it. The rear window has a couple of tears in the tint and the drivers side window has a small sport worn off from being inside the door when rolled down. There is also a "squeal" in the rear when turning slowly around corners, haven't been able to locate what it is. Other than these things, the car is in great condition for it's age.

Here are a few pictures to help you guys see it.

My zip code: clean trade in $7650, clean retail; $9,950.
I never see too many go for clean retail, maybe a car lot that will finance. but an individual that just selling it himself will be lucky to get the clean trade value. you got a real nice car but just letting you know how folks think and buy. If you go thru the for sale section on here you will see a lot of folks wanting good money for thier rides but not getting it. You see a lot of nice cars for sale for 6 mths or more and keep coming down on prices.
