Default good price??

i found some 02 ls6 yellow valve springs for sale locally, gonna be doin a cam upgrade soon, is the set of springs and retainers for $60 good price?? will it be worth it? thanks

you can get a new set of ls6 springs for $50 and reuse your stock retainers.get harden push rods.look at a TSP 224r cam pkg.

If I was going thru the job of changing the springs, I wouldnt put used springs in unless they were free. Thats my 2¢ though.

Define cam upgrade, and as stated the new springs are cheap enough

Jus wanna do cam, lifters, push rods, springs... jus a good streetable cam my engine has close to 127xxxmiles so I was thinkin new spring were more... anyone sell kit with all the above?

Also planning on ls6 intake and tune

Not sure on your plans with the cam swap, but fwiw, the yellow springs are rated to .580 lift.

I would spend the extra $150 and get some nice new springs that way you know their history.

True, was looking at the ms4 cam rods, springs, kit says makes good power on stock ls1. Is it to much for street

You're damn sure gonna need more than some used yellow springs for the MS4. You're gonna need a double spring kit capable of handling .650 lift or more.

Yea its like .649 that's y I like the kit has push rods and springs...

I wouldnt use those springs unless u r running a baby cam or ls6 cam...u dont wanna ever skimp on internals...especially springs get some comp 918s..if u bottom out a spring it will drop a valve then u will be screwed royally
