If all original paperwork and records are present and a one or two owner car, then you should be in the mid teens $14,000 - $16,000 for this anniversary edition car. The ultra low mileage cars (around 10,000 miles or so) have asking prices all over the place, from low 20's up to, and exceeding $30,000. People aren't lining up to pay these prices but that is what owners are asking. Mid teens should be a proper price area for a 50,000 miles car if the above criteria is met. If not, then less. Need a bit more info along with the knowledge that the title is clear and no Carfax issues. What are they asking?
