The mileage sure is right if not abused. If someone was looking for an unmolested one-owner car like that I would think $10,000, or in that neighborhood, would be quite reasonable.

That's absolute retail or dealer pricing IMO. I can't see that price at all even if absolutely excellent. I was curious and looked up www.kbb.com to see if I was mistaken but it shows $9,100 in my zip code for a 'private party' sale in excellent condition. That's assuming it is excellent and not many cars are excellent. Even if KBB was $2,000 undervalued, that still is only $11,000 or so. He is just too high and will be sitting on that car for awhile. If the car had 20,000 -25,000 miles then maybe, but 54,000 miles doesn't command a premium like he wants. If he had to trade it in on another car he would be offered $7,500. Too much of a price spread there. I bet he lowers the price eventually. Keep an eye on it if you really want it but I would not overpay.

That's what I thought. It was alittle high. I'll see if we can work something out.
