What's it worth? (2000 Z28)
Thinking about selling my 2000 Camaro Z28 and just wanted to gauge the market before pricing it to sell. Anyone think they can help me out with a price estimate? Here are the details:
A4
Sebring silver
98,000 miles
T-tops
Modifications:
SLP Lid
Pacesetter longtubes
TSP True Duals
Yank 3600 stall
3.42 rear from M6
SJM line lock
160 degree thermostat
Tuned by Slowhawk Performance
Runs 11.99 on ET Streets
I will probably sell the TT2's separately unless I include them in negotiations. I don't have a lot of pictures, but know that the interior in immaculate and the exterior is excellent. Very few flaws.
Thanks,
Dan

I know yours isn't totally stock but if you search my name you'll see the 00 z28 I just sold with 100k on it. It was immaculate but stock. I got 7k for it but didn't try that hard. I think if I held out I might have been able to finnagle 7500. I'd say close to 8 for yours personally.

That's not a bad number. Intuitively, modifications should add value to the car but often have the opposite effect. I'm interested to see how that shakes out. I'm well aware that anything I have put into the car is a loss at best.

Car looks good!
$7,500 on a good day. Ask $8,000 to allow for those negotiations. If you find a buyer with cash in hand for $7,000, don't turn it down. Anything lower than that is up to you. You understand the 'mod' mentality so that is a 'plus'. GLWS!!

If it were me, I'd leave out the part about ET Streets and quarter mile times. Personally it drops the value if I see a street car has been to the track. Also bolt ons don't affect value for me but if it's been fiddled with inside I tend to shy away from work that I didn't do. Recently bought an '02 vert completely stock with 58k for $8500. There are several coupes locally for $10k and up but they're sitting.

Nice car. I don't mean to hijack the thread, but I have a car with similar bolts-ons and just wanted to know what RPM were you launching at to get that ET?
I have 3.73's and a 3200 converter, with a mail order tune. My best ET is 12.46.
