Just wanted to see what someone else thought about this car I went to see today.
The A/C and gas gauge does not work at this time. Has a few bad patch panels in the floors just tacked in place. Paint is nice about a 7 out of 10. all there but has rubber fuel lines in both filters and in and out of tank with band clamps...Not real safe. But can be fixed. serpentine belt is in bad shape pulleys and brackets need some alinement.
Cool car to drive... very tight. Has aftermarket braces in front and rear and coil over shocks. interior is nice.
I have seen these go for 10,000 up to 20,000 he is asking 12,500.
Thanks,
Doby

Its hard to say... Its not cheap to swap something like that.
Dont worry about the no response it was like pulling teeth to get another opinion on my "whats it worth" swapped 81 bu.
See if the guy has recipts for his parts. I have 6k into my swap (including car) and mines a 5.3. Id bet its close to 9-10k invested including price of car.
