Just trying to ballpark a price if I sell. 75000 miles, all stock, M6 trans, Black with Black top. No mechanical issues but paint is sketchy on nose so I have a bra on it.

Finding a stock '98 manual WS6 'vert with decent mileage is getting tougher each and every month. If the car is in decent shape with no Carfax issues, and not too many owners, I would ask $10,000 ($9,950 in an ad) and allow for some negotiations.
If there are issues, other than the paint you mentioned, then that price would not be realistic.

Private party, I'd say $10-12k would be what it's "worth" with the 10k mark being a "fast selling" price.
