2002 SS Camaro
I am looking to sell my long time love. It makes me sad, but I am curious as to what she is worth. I am the 2nd owner of this car. When I purchased it in Aug 2003 it had just under 20k miles. Caught the mod bug in 2005 and and started the project. The motor now has about 35k miles on it. I daily drove this car for 3 years (2009-2012) without a problem. It has been garaged over the last year and just hasen't driven as much as it should. I fire it up once a month, and is as reliable as ever. KBB says $10500, with all of the mods I figured I could price it at around $14000. What do you think?
Exterior: 8.5/10
-It has minor dings and scratches from the daily driving. Over all the body/chassis is straight. Some curb rash as well.
Interior: 8.8/10
-Driver side seat has minor leather cracking. Everything else is clean. SS embroidered floor mats.
Ran it once at the track on street tires. It went 12.6@114 (fastest trap was 118).

Please read other posts here in this section about mods and how it affects the value of the car. No need to keep repeating the same thing over and over. If KBB says $10,500 in your zip code, that will be the correct asking price range, maybe.

thanks dude, that was extremely helpful.
All I was looking for, in your opinion, does the price seem like a fair deal. I understand how mods affect asking price, if I didn't I would assume the car is worth $23k.

No dude! $14k is too much. Sure that $14k price is fair, the car is worth over $20k just like you said. Ask whatever you like but when phone doesn't ring, don't be surprised. Very few are paying anything for mods. Nothing, NADA, ZIP!! You didn't read any posts like I suggested, did you?
