I would start out by looking at comparitively built LSX cars (383, 402, 408 ect..) then look at their condition/milelage/asking price and subtract say 2,000.00 from that and hope for the best. Sadly, there isn't much aftermarket for them and practically no one wants to work/tune on them anymore. There are several 383 LSX cars for sale here right now ranging between 12,000.00 - 15,500.00.

That is what I was guessing. I will try to find some to compare, but I doubt they have the brake and suspension setup that this car does. So if you could buy this car for 10k it would be a good deal?

That car is going to be a tough sell. A heavily modified car like that is going to have a very narrow buying market. Banks will only loan up to book value on that car which is going to be nowhere near $10,000. The real kicker is that all those expensive mods are either going to bring no extra value or if they do it will be pennies on the dollar. It is unfortunate but true in this market. The last thing against it is being an LT1 car. Most people are not shelling out big bucks for LT1's.

Yeah, that is the main hesitation about this car is the LT1. LS1 stuff is all I have worked on and I don't really want to change that. LS1 swap is always a possibility but the amount of money and time doing that probably wouldn't be worth it. KBB on this car without mods books for like 6k. The fact that it has less than 60k miles and the exterior is super clean is pretty much irrelevant at this point with all the crazy mods. You would have to put a monster clutch in it or something just to be able to make it a decent driver.
