Sound like a good deal
I have a sport bike worth about 3500 I have a chance to trade for a 98 z28 a4 b4c with 180000 miles body is in good shape minus dime size rust where the hatch rests, interior is in really good shape. Here's a pic. Thanks

If your bike needs 'things' then perhaps you are trading similarly. Can you really get $3,500 cash in hand for it? No one here can answer that.
If you can, you are basically asking if $3,500 is a good price to pay for a 15 year old used car with some rust and 180,000 miles on it. I sure wouldn't want to sink in too much $$ into a car like this because you will never get it back. Trading for a 'money pit' is no different than buying one. No fun. Be careful!

I would say my bike needs a battery and will need an oil change but that's about it, as far as the car goes, it has a new torque converter new flex plate, new water pump, new tires, new fuel pump, new front brakes rotors and calipers, slp lid, Trans cooling lines, and magnaflow exhaust. It needs a tie rod end, ac belt and rear brakes. This car will not be a daily driver just something I can build and enjoy with my kids.thanks

If you can do a lot of the work yourself and make it a family build and fun project, hell yeah, make the trade. Now you're talking something completely different that doesn't necessarily have a $$ sign involved. That changes the situation entirely. Have fun!!
