Default 01 SS - What's it worth

This is a 2001 Camaro SS with only 76k, it has a built auto trans and a 3200 circle D converter(trans and converter have maybe 1500 miles). Motor is the ls1 with long tube headers, heads, cam and ls6 intake. Full Gibson exhaust with no plates so its loud and sounds awesome. leather is in good condition. The drivers seat that is normally ripped is still good but does show a little wear. It has an aftermarket panhard bar and is lowered roughly 1 1/2 inches. Tires on the rear have maybe 1000 miles on them.

What is this worth?!

THANKS EVERYONE!

The asking price is certainly OK and won't scare anyone away. Everyone expects to negotiate. It is up to you what you will accept.
If I may make a suggestion, please take new interior photos with a vacuumed carpet and no clutter anywhere. Photos speak a thousand words and I'm thinking 'not cared for' when I see photos like that. Don't alienate any buyers. Make the effort to present the car to full capacity. Also I am not a fan of CL. Many are, but I don't look for cars there. Free means cheap in my mind. Try Autotrader for $40 - $45 or whatever it is now. GLWS!
