Not gaining value yet but down the road this very low mileage car would be very desirable (if the miles were kept low). Still 8+ years away though. The 25 year mark is usually the minimum for the turnaround in pricing.
I'm surprised there have been three owners that kept the mileage so low. All 3 had to be on the same page. That car would need to be checked thoroughly. I'd pay up to $12k for that LT1 F-body with those miles IF the car truly checked out. Paying more than that gets you into a rather sweet LS1. What are they asking?

He put it on a tad higher, but the price is 11500 im at 10, i think im on the mark, then againi bought my 96 with 15k and sold it a year n a half later with 19k for 11500, my car was a tad nicer, i got it from the org owner, owner after me couldnt sell it and ended up settleing for 9200 on ebay, a dealer bought and took it to texas, dont know what they sold it for but listed price was 18k, had it about a month before sold, sure they didnt negotiate tomuch,

no differance except chrome wheels, leather, and m6 which is the.biggest differance

I think you are on the mark too. Good luck if you go for it. Could be a sweet ride from what you describe.

He came down a tad more, i came up a tad, I think I'm overpaying a tad, but its my color a six speed and a local car, mint 4th gen cars are getting hard to find, and although it isnt a LS1 car the condition makes up for it

Well good luck!! I sure wouldn't turn down a car when it gets real close in negotiations. You've been looking a really long time.
