What would be considered a really good price for a "clean", 60-70k mileage (no problem if its higher as long as it is in very good condition)...

I'd say $8000-$8500 would be fair for a well kept clean un-modded SS. Most "clean" ones in those year models with good sought-after mods are going between $9000-$11000 depending on what all is done of course.
