Default Camaro SS 5 spoke painted wheels

Been looking for a nice set of these and they're obviously getting harder to find. Found a very nice set of 17x9.5 that look like they were taken off with very low mileage. Paint is still perfect. The guy is asking $700 which I think is a litttle high, thinking I would have no issue at $500. Does this seem right to you?

If they are 9.5" in width (56mm offset), then they are not original SS wheels. This is the size used for most reproduction "C4 ZR1-style" wheels as it is the factory rear sizing (front as well if Z51 car) for later C4 Corvettes. This is important to consider, since you can still buy these brand new as reproductions in this size for $110 per wheel: http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Corvette-ZR1-Wheel-silver

$500 for a used set seems way too high since they can be had brand new for less. $700 is just silly (unless perhaps this is including usable tires, you didn't specify.) On the other hand, if they are original SS wheels (which would be 9" wide with a 50mm offset), then they may be worth more to you if you're looking for a factory correct setup (the original wheels, and some of the earlier reproductions, have a slightly more rounded edge on the spokes.)
