LS2 for $300?

LS2 for $300? Just wondering if a 110,000 mile stock LS2 without heads would be worth the $300 the guy is asking for it. No computer or heads, but everything else is there. Probably going to be replacing most internal parts and going carb (please don't ask why), so the computer isn't needed anyways. Thanks.
