01 SOM Z-28 no-option hardtop
Like the title says its an 01 SOM Z-28 1sc car. It's a no-option hardtop car. Car is in excellent shape, no dings, and only a few small chips on the hood from DD it through college. This summer i rebuilt the motor with forged pistons, rings, all new bearings, 918's, 232/234 .595/.598 comp, double roller timing chain, hardened pushrods, ported oil passages, pacesetter Lt's, SLP lid and rebuilt heads. I also had the 4l60e rebuilt with a 550hp kit from 700r4l60e.com and a Yank 3600 stall. It was dynotuned two weeks ago by Gomer and put down 380 hp, and 355 ftlbs. cam only, and drives amazing on the street.... It could easily be daily driven. It also has an LC-1 a/f kit with digital guage, and i put a 3.42 rear end in it last year. Just seeing what a fellow LS1 enthusiast would pay for the car... I'm thinking 10,500 bottom dollar... I've put 4k in it this summer for parts and labor. The actual car has 108k miles on it and looks like it did when i bought it at 55k. I've only put about 1k on it since the rebuild and have all reciepts from the build.
The car went 12.6 with lid, full exhaust, tune, and 3.42 gear before the rebuild. The car now will easily go into the 11's with its current set-up... I definitly wont be getting rid of it till i make a few passes... Also, i still have all stock parts...
