Complete Custom Wheel 17X12 (yes, that's 12" wide!) Classic alloys Backspacing is 5 3/8"will they fit my 1998 camaro z28 F-body ?

I doubt it.... I had a set of 16x9.5 CCWs, and they had 6.75" of backspace. The wheels were well-centered in the wheelwells.
The ones you're talking about are 2.5" wider, so divide that in half, and add it to 6.75, and that equates to around 8" of BS. That's about where you should be, but at that point, I don't think they'll fit inside the fenders. On the other hand, with 5 3/8 of BS, you could enjoy the "classic" look of air shocks and tires outside the body.....
