Not so sure I acree with street traction. It should look exactly like the strip traction. M&H's go above BFGs but below Mikcey and would say hoosier drag radials are about the same as mickeys maybe a tad bit better

I just went from a Nitto 315-35-17DR to a MT 315-35-17Dr. HUGE difference. The mickeys kinda resemble the Nitto for tread to some. They are available, just run a little more in price. But worth it. Ive had BFGs and they are good to. Just dont expect life out of BFGs of MTs.

Mount your DR's on a set of matching wheels and swap them when it's time to play, then mileage isn't a concern. I liked my BFG 255.50.16's, after hearing several issues with Nittos ie not as wide and cracking dramatically, I'm not interested.

ive got nitto's and they serve me well! mine sees the road everyday and they have lasted a long time, will hook when you want them too. the center wears out faster than the rest the tire it seems at any pressure but mine are pretty bad like no center tread and still have no problem in rain. i dont have any experience with the others though.

I would say go with the Bfg's they have always been hard to get, at least for me. I sold my 700hp cobra recently and they worked like a charm.

Out of the two I liked the BFGs. I dont cars about how they handle in the rain, cuz they are not designed for it. Or street life. All I care for is do they work. Ive ran 255-50-16BFG, and nitto, 315-35-17 Nitto and MT. The MT were hooking at 4000 clutch drops with my H/C car at around 23psi. I am using adjusable shocks(QA1s) have some aftermarket suspension peices. Weight about 3700-3750.

So far I've only used the nittos. They were the 315s. I have about 330hp/340tq on a stalled bolt on ls1. and they do good on cement. Dead hook on the cement after I heat them up. Asphalt they suck bad, as any tire would i think. Just giving my experience.

Oh and they are great in the rain.

Both are equally worthless. I'd go with M/Ts if the car is not your daily driver, and if it is, I'd get another set of rear rims, and use swap them on whenever its time to get down to business.
