Default Nitto 555R 275/40/17 PSI

What is the daily driver psi recommended?

I just got my tires put on today and the traction difference from regular street tires are outrageous...

I just wanted to know what the recommended PSI for the 555R tires were for Daily Driving because i forgot to ask before i left Discount Tire

As a side note... Anybody that is still debating on whether to go with a Street Radial... like Nitto 555R..... DO IT!!!!!!

WAY, WAY to high. 25 psi or less or they will wear the middles out, remember they are a DR.

I ran 23-25 on the street. Anything more than that and they wear the centers.

Here is a picture of them at 23PSI. As you can see they don't look under inflated whatsoever.

Agreed with everyone else on the low psi.

I DD mine, and run them at 22 cold on the street.

They're wearing so even it's scary.

I had one previous set of 245/50/16's that were run at 30 psi. It ate the centers out in less than a month.

^^^ what he said. Oh, and the funny thing about slipping Nittos is they're so quiet lol I guess because they're soft.. mine got ROCK HARD after numerous Vegas trips... guess they didn't like the long repeated heat cycles. Remember to get them HOT at the track. They need a good burnout to hook
