M/T's bro. My 255 M/T's dead hooked for me pulling 1.6 '60's so I don't think you will have any issues. The only upside for the Nitto's IMO is that they last alot longer on the street but for the track they don't even compare to the M/T's. I know you don't put many miles on the car so I wouldn't bother with the Nitto's if I were you.

MTs it is!! I have a set of 315 Nittos on a spare set of rims I use at the track but they are at the wear tread depth line now and need some need stickies for the LTXshootout.
I dont drive the car that much at all so Im gonna get the MTs and just mount them to the stock rims. When they wear out Ill get some new ones. Car will probably only see 1500 miles a year if its lucky and most of them 1/4 mile at a time.

Everyone put hit it on the nose. I have the nitto in that size. They hook fine for mine old setup which was slow. Hopefully they will hang with the added mods. But ya MT's unless you DD too much.

If it were my DD I would also use nittos. The 315s fit nice without BFHing the wheel wells.
Since its not my dd and the MT 275 hook just as good even though its a smaller size (or so they claim) then the Nittos thats what Im going to do.
