Default Mickey Thompson 295/45/17 availability answered

I emailed and they replied...

"Thanks for your email and those have been on a backorder we should see
some around the week of the 19th and should get enough to fill the backorders
and have some leftover so I would get an order in.

You can try Pro tire @ 405-721-4025 and they may have some now or will be getting
some as we don’t sell direct. Hope this clears everything up for you."

That's kinda funny, because I have been hearing the same thing for months. I talked to a distributor who handles nothing but Mickey Thompsons and he said he would give me a free set if they were out before May.

They have been trickling in lately.

my distributor has seen a few pairs here and there. Not an abundance of them yet.

Hey by the way, I got these tire with the intention of buying a set of streetlites from you to go with them. I've been waiting until the 17x4 come out to make a move on them though. My question is what rear size would go better with these, 17x9.5 or 17x11? Seems like they'd be a tad small for the 17x11s so I was leaning towards the 17x9.5s...

MT approved rim is a 9.5-11.

So either or. Your tread width is 10.6" so you will not really be stretching it where it will look bad on the wheel on an 11" wide.
