315/35-17 tires

I was looking in High Performance Pontiac magazine, and there's a white t/a with 315/35-17's on c-5 wheels. Anybody know whats all required for this?

10.5" to 11" wide wheels . . . offset between 45 mm to 50 mm and you are good to go.
