Default Wtb please someone help c6 vette

WTB a 16in. wheel width 9.5 to 11 to fit my 08 c6 Vette. Im wanting to run a drag setup so i can put a nice SLICK setup on my car. I have 17in and the tire options are slim in that size. I was running an 17 by 11 zr1 wheel with 26-11.50 et street slicks. There not hooking so i need a slick, thats where a 16in comes in play. CCW says there 16in wont fit with the size of tire i want. 28-10.50 Hossier slick. I want to know if any one has done that setup on a c6 or anything similiar. I got to have a slick. And if anyone has a setup that matches or comes close to what i want. And wants to sell theres im in the market for them. Any wheel brand is exeptable as long as it fits over my calibers, tucks in nice and neat, and allows a decent tire to fit i dont care what or how they look. If the price is right and you have to sell a set ( meaning skinnys too)i am interested in that also. Thanks alot and feel free to tell me what you got.

I have seen '84-'87 C4 Corvette wheels (16x9.5) run on C5s for serious drag racing. Not sure what tires they were using, though. Assuming your rear brakes are similar.
Not much selection out there for cheap, wider 16s, so this may be your first choice to check out?

There are a pair of GTO spares (front skinnies that clear Vette brakes) over on Corvette Forum (C5 parts).

Thanks, I heard that them wheels are as heavy as my 18's on my fronts. I dont see that being posible. What do you think?

I don't know, I guess I hadn't heard that. Though, your 18" fronts are probably only around 20 pounds. Maybe the spare TIRE itself is heavy??? You'd think being a spare for a sporty performance car would make it (the wheel) comparatively light.
Yeah, if they aren't 'lightweight' they are hardly worth pissin' with.
