Default Chrome question

I picked up some chrome C5 ZO6's for a good price. The only problem is: one of the wheels has a curb rash about 2 inches long. The previous owner buffed it out the best he could but the point is the chrome is gone in that spot.

Can a shop just touch up that spot or do I have to have the entire wheel re-chromed? Also, how much would it cost?

Thanks for the help y'all.

Scott

I think they can fix it but it wont last as long the original chrome. You can look aroud on craigslist and find some one selling just one. That would be the cheapest route. Ppl selling just one rim usually sell cheap. Also keep an eye on thirdgen, camarov6, fullthrottlev6 forums.
