Is it your daily driver or just a track car only? I had a piece of metal in mickeys and i just went somewhere and did a huge burnout and it just came out. If it is still holding air i don't think i would take it out. Best thing to do would go somewhere and have a plug put in it would be my best guess.

i started pulling it out until air started leaking. i could not tell how long the nail was until i started pulling it out. i would not consider it a daily driver anymore i just drive it on weekends.

you can fix it and run the hell out of it no problem. i have one of mine with 2 repairs in it and put a ton of passes on it. just make sure you get a patchplug done from the inside of the tire, and not just a rope plug stuck in it. the patchplug with last for the life of the tire.
