Who to talk to @ CCW?

Hey guys, i was just wondering who i should talk to at CCW... i need to buy a rim and might need some help... i hear the customer service there is great.. but is there one person that is the "go to guy" there? lmk, thanks....

When you call there, frequently "John", the owner will answer the phone. Other times, second in command, "Chip" will be on the line....

I don't even remember who I talked to when I ordered mine years ago - any people I talked to were all knowledgable though.
