Default 18x9.5 with 40% sidewalls & +58mm DOES FIT!

Hey everyone!

I put these puppies on my car last weekend and wanted to let everyone know that they did fit. 18x9.5, 275/40R18, +58mm offset with no spacer. I bought a set of 10mm spacers wihch I ended up not even putting on the car.

I'm very happy with how it turned out!

Sorry, It's the only photo I have. I'll take more so you can see the angles better.

Question

Looks good!
So do you have any tire rub up front when turning?

If you ever want the rear wheels to fill the wheel wells more, you can put some H&R 20mm hub spacers on it! That would give the look of a 18 x 9.5 with a +38 offset.

No rubbing at all. The wheels even sit at the perfect depth and fill up the wheel wells nicely for the car not being lowered...yet.

Thumbs up

It's probably also nice that the 275/40/18s cost less than 275/35/18s.

I kinda think spacers would wreck how it looks. It seems to sit nicely as is. Now I have a set of spacers I need to put in a classified.

Just a heads up: one of the reason its not recommended is because your MPH will be wrong. If your MPH reads 65, your really doing 68.

Oh no. A 3 MPH difference. Lol!
It's not like it's off THAT much.

It's a high rider now! It seems to sit really high off the ground now.
Those wheels look good though.

When I posted on here asking it it would work I got 'No' from everyone. Most people said the offset wouldn't work and that the sidewall would rub on turns. Neither are true.

Who said that? I ran Y2K's in a 18x9.5 and +56mm offset on all 4 corners with zero problems.
