Talking Need Opinions - Changing Wheel/Tire Setup

Bought the car with the wheels on it, 17x11 Eagle's, its not that I hate them....or love them, but there getting older and peeling, so I've been thinking about putting some black wheels with a chrome lip on it.

I'll also be lowering the car in the near future.

Here's some pictures of how it sits now, let me know what you think I should do.

Btw, if anyone's good at photoshop, that would be sweet too.

eibach pro kit i think. It was already lowered when I bought it. It has to be the prokit, because I believe the sportlines are even lower.

Looks really good, I looked into the sportlines but didn't want the "lowrider" look, def going to sell my wheels/tires and get some black with chrome trim wheels, thanks for posting.
