whatever they hook best at

I run mine at 34psi front, 32 psi rear... If I was going to drag it then I would lower the rear quite a bit.

from what most guys on here say any more than 30 will make the centers wear out faster.
i run about 28 on the street and at the track ill go 22-20 depending on how the track hooks.

For street driving I run mine at 26-28 and if I'm gonna race or at the track drop them to 18 and they dead hook!...GMHTP did a test on em and found that 18 or 19 psi seem to hook best for these tires.

I ran my 275/40/17 555r's at about 30, and the centers wore out faster than the outter parts of the tire. So, I'm running my 315's at around 27-28 now. Hopefully that'll keep the centers from wearing down faster.

I'am witch u, on pressure, but I never could "dead hook"
I ran them year round on street and several trips at track (8-12 passes)
one set about 4300 miles total, one set 3200 miles
now on MT' may get 800-1k on them

i have 4k miles on mine with more than half life still left, they have 2 autox's on them and one track day....still plenty of life. I think the heat cycle I had done gave them extra life.

I keep mine at like 23psi all the time. I found that with about 25psi or more that they wear unevenly.

Exactly.

My 1st set of Nittos were run at around 30psi and the center wore much faster than the sides.

My 2nd set was run at about 24-25 and the centers still wore out faster but they were much more even.

If I were to get another set I would run them at around 23psi

I ran a used set all last season (315/35/17). ran them at 35psi on the street (about 3 weeks before i bought my y2k's) and 19psi on the track. They hooked perfectly all year and I dump the clutch off the line at 6K. got 3 consecutive 12.9x passes on them at the end and you couldnt even begin to see the tread pattern. These are some awesome tires.
