I have longer studs on my car. I ran a spacer on the front, and had ground down one the rears alot more than should hav. and still didnt fit. I have seen it done. with alot of grinding. I was going to swap to lt brakes-which they will fit. but went different wheels.

What year is your car? and the rear being narrow will allow the rim barrel possibly clear the brakes. On LT cars these will fit no problem. But LS brakes will fit with a thick spacer on front. But rears stock width with alot more grinding than welds. or you can switch to LT rear brakes. The Convo line will fit no prob.

i had them on my 99 i ran a spacer on the front and had to grind the rears down to nothing it was a pain in the ***, i would say running that wheel is not worth it, they weight more than pro stars and are a pain in the *** to get on just my 2 cents.
