Rims for my Camaro

I got a 00 B4C Z-28....Bought these exact rims....Will they fit all the way around? What tire do you guys think I should go with?

Bolt Pattern: 5x4.75
Wheel Color: Chrome
Wheel Offset: High+ ( 40mm + )
Wheel Size: 17x10
