Spinning Rim in Tire???????

Spinning Rim in Tire??????? I have spun my rim in my ET Drag tires 2 times now. I am running 15x9 Convo Pros and 26x10-15 ET drags and I spun the tire on the rim about 6 inches 3 weeks ago. Well I got them rebalanced and today I spun the right rear again. I am only mustering a 1.58 60' and it is spinning them. Is there anything I can do other than putting screws in there. I see people running low 1.3s and they don't have screws in there tires. I need some advice.
Oh and I am not running tubes in my tires. I am also running 17lbs of air.
